Disclaimer

1. Educational Purpose & Non-Medical Nature
The content and services provided on www.whole-restore.com, including all sessions, consultations, assessments, and communications (whether via the website, email, or third-party messaging applications such as Telegram, WhatsApp, or Signal), are strictly for coaching and educational purposes.

I am a natural health coach, not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, or registered dietitian. In the EU and Sweden, titles such as "Psychotherapist" and "Medical Doctor" are legally protected; I do not hold these credentials. Nothing on this website or in our sessions constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a therapeutic intervention.  No professional medical-client relationship is formed through the use of this website, its services, or any external communication channels.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Healthcare
My coaching services and website content do not replace professional medical care. If you have a known medical condition, mental health disorder, are pregnant, or are taking medication, you must consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before implementing any lifestyle, nutritional, or behavioral changes suggested here.

Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on information provided on www.whole-restore.com, e-mail, any third party messaging platform or in our sessions.  Clients are solely responsible for verifying health-related information with licensed professionals before implementation.

3. Communication Channels & Data Security
Engagement may occur via third-party messaging platforms (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp). While I strive to maintain confidentiality, clients acknowledge that:

  • These platforms are subject to their own privacy policies and security measures outside my control.

  • Communication via these channels carries inherent risks of data breaches or technical failures.

  • I am not liable for data loss or interception caused by the third-party provider, provided I have not acted with gross negligence in selecting or using the platform.

4. No Therapeutic Relationship & Emergency Protocol
Engagement with me, including sessions, communications, and assessments, explicitly does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.

Sessions and communications (including via Telegram or website forms) are not monitored for emergency intervention. I do not provide crisis counseling or emergency services.

Immediate Action Required: If you are in crisis, experiencing a medical emergency, or having thoughts of self-harm, you must immediately contact local emergency services.
Sweden Emergency Number: Dial 112.
Non-Emergency Healthcare: For urgent but non-life-threatening medical advice, contact 1177 (Sjukvårdsrådgivningen).
Responsibility: It is the client’s sole responsibility to seek appropriate licensed healthcare support in emergencies. I accept no liability for delays or failures in obtaining emergency care due to reliance on coaching communications.

5. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that coaching is a voluntary process and that you assume full responsibility for your own health, actions, and decisions. I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, cures, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, I am not liable for indirect damages or outcomes resulting from your independent application of this advice.
However, in accordance with mandatory Swedish law (specifically the Swedish Tort Liability Act (skadeståndslagen) and Section 36 of the Swedish Contracts Act (avtalslagen)):

This disclaimer does NOT limit, exclude, or waive liability for:

  • Gross Negligence (grov vårdslöshet);

  • Willful Misconduct (avsiktligt fel);

  • Personal Injury (personskada) or death caused by my actions or omissions.

Any clause attempting to limit liability for these grounds is null and void under Swedish law.

4. Refunds
